The Atlantic Hotel Group, which operates the Guyana Marriott Hotel Georgetown, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide staff transportation services for a period of one year.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a minimum of six (6) motor vehicles to operate from the employee entrance of the Hotel within the hours of 23:00 HRS to 06:00 HRS daily.
“We are committed to providing our employees with safe and reliable transportation to and from work,” said Lalbahadur Singh, Director of Human Resources at the Guyana Marriott Hotel Georgetown. “This bid process will allow us to select a vendor who can meet the needs of our staff in a cost-effective manner.”
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Loss Prevention Office at the Employee entrance at the eastern back of Guyana Marriott Hotel Georgetown on or before June 26, 2024, at 09:00 HRS local time. All envelopes must be SOLELY addressed to Ahiliyia Kumar, Finance Manager at the address below or via email ahiliyia.kumar@marriotthotels.com
Late tenders and tenders addressed to anyone other than the Finance Manager will be rejected.
