The Ministry of Health is seeking sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of reagents and consumables as part of its ongoing procurement efforts. The project, designated with the purchase order number MMU-191-2024-P2, is slated to cover the period from June to December 2024.
Interested bidders can obtain the bidding documents from the Cashier Department at Lot 1 Brickdam, Georgetown, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00). Bidders are required to submit their bids, along with an original bid security amounting to 2% of the bid grand total, to the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board at the Ministry of Finance by 09:00 hours on May 7, 2024.
The bids should include two electronic copies on flash drives, and late submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will take place on May 7, 2024, at 09:00 hours at the address: 49 Main and Urquhart Streets, in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
It’s emphasized that bids not clearly labeled will not be opened. This procurement initiative aims to ensure the timely availability of essential medical supplies for healthcare facilities across the country.
