Guyan Investment, Triple P Construction and K&J Persaud Contracting awarded contracts to conduct over $185 million in infrastructural works in Region 2

Region Two is set to experience a significant transformation as a result of major infrastructural works to be undertaken in the region to the tune of 185 million dollars. 

The contractors who will be responsible for doing the infrastructural works are Triple P Construction and General Supplies, Guycan Investment, and K & J Persaud Contracting. 

Triple J Construction and General Supplies has been awarded the contract to construct a new Wharf at Charity for $16 million. Guycan Investment has been awarded the $44.9 million contract for Phase Two of the upgrades to the access dam at Devonshire Castle and K& J Contracting has been awarded the contract for the construction of a state-of-the-art primary school at Mainstay / Whyaka. 

Other projects to be undertaken in the region include upgrades to Muscle Street in Johanna Cecilia to a concrete structure for $25.9 million, the construction of a $25 million bridge at Vilvoorden, and the transformation of a mud dam in Vilvoorden to a concrete structure for over $22 million. 

The infrastructural works are intended to improve the lives and livelihoods of persons living in the community.
