The Office of the President through the Protected Areas Commission (PAC) has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Improvement of Kaieteur National Park Ranger Quarters, as part of the Guyana Protected Areas System – Phase III (GPASIII) Project.
Funded by the Government of Germany through the German Development Bank (KfW), the project aims to enhance the facilities at Kaieteur National Park, a vital part of Guyana’s natural heritage.
Interested bidders can obtain detailed information and purchase bidding documents for a non-refundable fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars (G$1,500.00). A compulsory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 15, 2024, followed by a site visit.
Bidders must adhere to specific requirements, including submitting both hardcopy and electronic versions of their bids. The tender opening is scheduled for May 30, 2024, with bids being opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
To participate, bidders must register via the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board’s (NPTAB) Contract register.
